When a received message is a reply to something SendOps sent, it is matched to the broadcast or workflow and the contact, recorded as a reply activity, and — if you switch it on — a STOP reply opts the contact out. How the matching works, what it deliberately ignores, and where replies have to land for any of it to happen.
