Every [broadcast](/sending-email/broadcasts) carries an unsubscribe link, and the mailbox provider's own "unsubscribe" button (the `List-Unsubscribe` header) points there too. Both land the recipient on a **hosted page** where they manage their subscription. SendOps hosts and renders that page for you; this screen is where you brand it and word it so it looks like it came from you, not from a generic mailer.

You'll find it under **Workspace › Unsubscribe Page**. The editor is split in two: the settings on the left, and a **live preview** on the right that re-renders as you type — using the exact same template your recipients see.

## Branding

The **Branding** card controls how the page identifies you:

- **Display name** — the name shown at the top of the page. Leave it blank to fall back to your workspace name.
- **Brand color** — an accent color as a `#rrggbb` hex value (for example `#4f46e5`). A swatch next to the field previews it. Leave it blank to use the page default.
- **Logo** — upload a **PNG, JPEG, WebP, or GIF** up to **2 MB**. Once uploaded it appears on the page and in the preview; you can **Remove** it to go back to no logo.

## Copy

The **Copy** card sets the wording:

- **Heading** — the page title (for example "Email preferences").
- **Intro copy** — an optional short paragraph shown above the opt-out options.
- **Confirmation message** — what the recipient sees after their choice is saved (for example "Your preferences have been updated.").
- **Support link** — an optional URL to your help center or contact page.

Every copy field is optional; leave one blank and the page uses its built-in default. Changes aren't live until you **Save changes** — the save and cancel controls appear once you've edited a field.

You can style and word the page, but you can't remove or rewrite the actual **opt-out controls** — they're fixed for compliance so a recipient can always act on their choice. Likewise, the **CAN-SPAM postal address** shown on the page isn't set here; it comes from your **Workspace settings → Email compliance**.

## Live preview

The panel on the right renders the page as recipients will see it, updating a moment after each edit. Use the tabs above it to preview the page's three states:

- **Confirm** — the initial page, where the recipient confirms or manages their subscription.
- **Manage** — the granular view where they choose which streams to leave.
- **Done** — the confirmation shown after their choice is saved.

The preview is a faithful dry run: it's produced by the same renderer that serves the real page, so what you see is what recipients get.

Anyone can view these settings, but saving changes requires permission to edit the workspace. Without it the fields are read-only and a view-only notice appears at the top.
